Have you checked out Weather.com's custom pet weather report feature? You enter some basic information about your pet (type, size, weight, etc.) and enter your location and they give you a weather report for your pet.
For my dog it gave best times of the day for a walk, a comfort index, mosquito activity levels, etc. There's also an hourly breakdown.
